INGREDIENTS (All Organic):
- 2 Cans Black Beans
- 1 CUP Bone Broth (Beef/Chicken)
- 2 TBSP Coconut Oil
- 1 Small White Onion (Diced)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1/4 TSP Himalayan Salt
- 1/4 TSP Black Pepper
- 1/4 TSP Chili Powder
- 1/4 TSP Cumin
- 3 TSP Cilantro (optional)
- 1 dollop Vegan Sour Cream (optional)
- Kite Hill Almond Milk Sour Cream
PREPARATION:
- Blend 1 can of black beans with 1 cup bone broth until thoroughly mixed.
- In a large pot over medium heat sauté onion and garlic in 2 TBSP coconut oil until tender
- Add the blended beans/broth then the additional can of black beans and spices
- Simmer over medium heat for 10-15 min.
- Serve and top with cilantro and/or vegan sour cream
