Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Salad Base:
    • In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cucumber, and red onion.
