Ingredients
- 2 cups cassava flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp chia mix (see recipe)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 eggs
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all wet ingredients warm water, eggs, coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Place parchment paper on pan. Spread on pan evenly. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove. Add sugar free pizza sauce (or make your own), raw cheese, and toppings. Cook for another 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
