Ingredients for chocolate chip cookies:
- 1 c organic almond butter
- 1/3 c Stevia
- ½ c grass-fed vanilla whey protein
- 3 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 large free-range egg
Ingredients for the brownie cookies:
- 1 c organic almond butter
- 1/3 c Stevia
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ c grass-fed chocolate whey protein
- 1 large free-range egg
- Liquid stevia (as needed)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients for the chocolate chip cookie in a bowl until cookie dough-like consistency. If too thick, you might need to add a little bit more water.
- In another bowl, mix all of the brownie cookie ingredients, except for chocolate chips, until your consistency it reaches a cookie dough-like consistency too.
- Scoop 1 Tbsp of each dough into your hand and gently roll into a ball, blending and swirling them together. Flatten between your hands and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle brownie side with chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until edges start to brown.
