No-Bake Raw Brownie Balls

  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans (can add more or less or even leave out if desired)
  • 6-10 organic, pitted dates (soaked in water)
  • 1/2 tsp Stevia (or to taste)
  • 1 cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tsp ghee or coconut oil
  • 1/8-1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut



Put all ingredients in a blender and mix. Once thoroughly mixed, start forming the dough into 1″ balls and refrigerate until solid.
