- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- 2 green chopped onions
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Add the spices and onions to the turkey. Form into patties. Over medium heat melt coconut oil and place turkey burgers in skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet.
In another skillet fill with water about two inches high. Bring to a boil and turn off heat. Remove stems from collard greens. Dip each leaf one at a time into water and remove after 15 second. Leaf should be dark green color. Place on a plate and put burger in center. Wrap burger folding the leaf on to itself.
