Wilted Swiss Chard

  • 1 bunch of swiss chard, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced

 

Heat oil in a skillet under medium heat. Add garlic, cook for 1 minute. Add swiss chard and cook for one more minute. Serve immediately.
