Avocado Watercress Greens Drink

This is truly delicious greens drink that is full of fiber and fats – the watercress added increases the mineral content, beyond most greens. This nutrient dense green also adds a little peppery flavor to the mix.

Ingredients:

  • 1 C watercress, stems removed
  • 1 small avocado
  • 3 cups chopped kale, stems removed
  • 1 T ground flax
  • 1/2 C coconut milk (full-fat & organic)
  • 1 small piece of raw turmeric root
  • pinch of Himalayan or Sea salt
