INGREDIENTS:
1 Head Romaine Lettuce
1 Bunch Dandelion Greens
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Bunch Dill
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Bunch Basil
1 Small Red Onion
1 Medium Cucumber
Raw Pumpkin Seeds
Dressing:
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
1/4 TSP Himalayan Sea Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Dressing: Whisk ACV, Oil, pressed garlic, and salt/pepper together. Set aside to toss with salad.
Salad: Chop lettuce, dandelion, parsley, dill, cilantro, basil, cucumber and red onion into small pieces and toss in a large bowl, mixing well with dressing.
Toppings: Garnish with raw pumpkin seeds, Himalayan salt/pepper and additional dressing if needed.
