“Instant” Spinach Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup organic chicken broth
  • 8oz organic cream cheese
  • 1 bag frozen organic spinach
  • 1/2 cup organic artichokes
  • 1/2 cup organic sour cream
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 12oz raw parmesan cheese
  • 12oz shredded raw cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Place all ingredients, except for the parmesan and cheddar cheese, into an instant pot.
  2. Seal the lid and vent, setting the instant pot to high pressure for 4 minutes
  3. Vent and remove the lid. Stir in the parmesan and raw cheddar cheese until well melted/ blended
  4. Serve and enjoy with sliced carrots, cucumber, celery or any grainless nut/seed crackers (Try with Almond Crisps)
