Ingredients
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/2 CUP pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/4 TSP turmeric powder (or 1/2-inch fresh turmeric root)
- 1 CUP spinach (optional, for added nutrients)
- 1 CUP coconut water (or water for a milder flavor)
- 1 TBSP raw honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 3-4 ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
