Immune-Boosting Citrus Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 CUP pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/4 TSP turmeric powder (or 1/2-inch fresh turmeric root)
  • 1 CUP spinach (optional, for added nutrients)
  • 1 CUP coconut water (or water for a milder flavor)
  • 1 TBSP raw honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 3-4 ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
