INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup organic chicken broth
- 8oz organic cream cheese
- 1 bag frozen organic spinach
- 1/2 cup organic artichokes
- 1/2 cup organic sour cream
- 1/2 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 12oz raw parmesan cheese
- 12oz shredded raw cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all ingredients, except for the parmesan and cheddar cheese, into an instant pot.
- Seal the lid and vent, setting the instant pot to high pressure for 4 minutes
- Vent and remove the lid. Stir in the parmesan and raw cheddar cheese until well melted/ blended
- Serve and enjoy with sliced carrots, cucumber, celery or any grainless nut/seed crackers (Try with Almond Crisps)
